Whales use grammar and syntax.

We have no idea what they're saying, but according to New Scientist the language of whales is structured much like human languages. So, now I've heard that language is in use by ants, elephants and whales. According to this article, however, whalesong is the only animal language which may be just as sophisticated as our own.
