Of course, any test which is designed to calculate intelligence on any level will be completely arbitrary, due to the fact that we lack a comprehensive definition for the term "intelligence" to begin with. In theory, and under certain conditions, this test should be a fairly stable and unbiased measure of... uh... something.
Once we can all agree on what intelligence really means, then we can figure out how to measure it.
